BLACK DOG CIGAR BOX - JUNE 14, 2018

(Before) Herb and Diane Short and Jeff Keoskie, owners of Black Dog Cigar Box officially opened their Stuart cigar bar with a Stuart/Martin County Chamber ribbon cutting on June 14^th. Guests were treated to complimentary wine, beer and appetizers as they toured the humidor and took in the aroma of a variety of tasty cigars.

THE GILT COMPLEX RIBBON CUTTING – MARCH 26, 2018

On April 26^th, Duncan and Pam Hurd, owners of The Gilt Complex celebrated the grand opening of their new location at 608 Colorado Avenue with a champagne reception and ribbon cutting.  Stuart/Martin County Chamber members were on hand to welcome the Hurds’ custom framing and art restoration business to downtown Stuart.

CATCH THE WAVE OF HOPE MURAL RIBBON CUTTING – MARCH 23, 2018

The Stuart community, including city and county dignitaries, artists and local businesses, came out in force to admire the beautiful new mural on the AT&T building located at 316 S.W. Akron St., Stuart. The Stuart/Martin County Chamber conducted the ribbon cutting of the mural, provided by Lynne Barletta, owner of Visionary School of Arts, to represent Catch the Wave of Hope, her non-profit organization formed to abolish human trafficking and provide housing and services for its victims.

L.C. Campbell officiated as Jim Young, General Manager of Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory cut the ribbon on their new expansion and ownership on June 24th.

Childrens Home Society
Sabrina Barnes, Director of Program Operations for the Children's Home Society of FL, cut the official ribbon at the grand opening of their Stuart location, with the assistance of members of the Society's board, Chamber Ambassadors, United Way representatives and State Representative Gayle Harrell.

The Twisted Tuna
The Twisted Tuna, officially opening on Memorial Day weekend, celebrated their Stuart/Martin County Chamber ribbon cutting on May 30th. Kenny Gibbs and Rachelle Risley, shown cutting the ribbon, have enjoyed a bustling first week at the waterfront location which was formerly Finz.

Stuart Boathouse
Stuart/Martin County Chamber staff and members, along with city officials, welcomed the new Stuart Boathouse restaurant to 49 S.E. Seminole Street in downtown Stuart on November 14th.
