Class 20 Ropes Day
LEADERship Class 20 standing at the "WALL" after a day of achieving the many challenges from the ROPES Course at Lawnwood Pavilion in Ft. Pierce. Thanks to the facilitators and alumni coordinators Lisa Teetor and Ed Bee the class raised the bar on doing things they never thought they could.

Health & Human Services
LEADERship Martin County Class 20 on the boardwalk at DuPuis Park with Kim Kanter, Education & Training Coordinator, discussing the natural habitats. Brian Powers, an alumni, gave the class a tour of Indiantown and Lake Okeechobee. Thanks to alumni Holly Laiben, Janice Meadows & Angie Metcalf, who coordinated the day on Health & Human Services at the Boys & Girls Club and the afternoon in Indiantown.

Government Day
LEADERship Class 20 and alumni cheer for the winner Dan Hulen, as LEADERship Commissioner for 2010. His campaign theme was "Life's A Party" and his party members were Krissy Simoneau, campaign manager, Tammy Calabria, Sue Hedgepeth, Jennifer Mason, Brian Scott and Chad Hastings. The other candidates were Catherine Winters, Pete Lashenka, Bridget Baratta and Amber Ducote, who was a write-in.

Class 20 Education Day
Class 20 Leaders were asked to participate on a word test about the Microsoft Program and found they did better as a team in getting the answers correct. Everyone was impressed with the high tech programs that are offered to our students at all the grade levels in the schools. Thanks to all the school administrator, teacher and students for welcoming our LEADERS and sharing their story.

Class 20 Education Day
Class 20 leaders Maria Reich, Willoughby Golf Club, Pete Lashenka, Riverside National Bank and Sue Hedgepeth, Stuart/Martin County Chamber are learning how these children from the Head Start Program at Port Salerno Elementary School work together on an exercise. Thanks to our alumni Coordinators Marshall Skinner, Debbie Banta, Karen Schreiner and Maria Myers class members toured many schools and heard from the teachers and students.

Class 20 Criminal Justice Day
Members of LEADERship Class 20 going to jail after being arrested by a Sheriff' deputy at their Criminal Justice Day Session. Class members experienced being a prisoner, a traffic cop and the many law enforcement situations our officers and deputies face everyday. Thanks to our alumni coordinators, Major Pryor, Sgt. Pierce, Lt Fritchie, Lt. Harmer, Master Officer Graff and Sgt. Pecci for showing us how well the City Police Department and Sheriff's Department protect our community.
